Family Puppy Yoga
Bring the whole family (ages 5 and up!) and experience the joy of Puppy Yoga with the Louisa Humane Society & the Squishy Face Crew!
This fun and gentle class combines simple yoga poses with plenty of puppy cuddles, laughter, and movement that’s perfect for all skill levels. Kids and adults alike will enjoy stretching, playing, and bonding with adorable, adoptable puppies — all while supporting a great cause.
